How do you feel when you hear words “fear”, “anxiety”, “threat”, “insecurity”? Does it make you shiver inside? Do you feel cold in your stomach? Do you feel like you want to detach or escape?.. Well, this happens when we consciously think about these feelings. And what happens when we live by them unconsciously (subconsciously)?We could easily state that most of us are “made of fear” because of the depth fear is in control of our lives. And not by our own conscious choice but by our habits or instincts.
Whether we like it or not, fear does, unfortunately, control our lives most of the time. We make decisions, we communicate, we make plans and dreams based on our subconscious fears. Fears motivate us to do things, to not do things, to be what we are not, to be where we do not want to be, etc. It is even hard to comprehend the scope of the impact of fear in our lives. We are comfortable enough living in this frame of mind drawn very scrupulously by fear without ever realising it… And we tend to create our life story and all the external circumstances of our life within this Frame of Fear.
Have you ever looked what’s outside of that Frame? Have you ever even tried to escape? Most probably you’d find your dreams and desires waiting on the other side…
How do you break free from fear? Well, it starts with noticing how you speak: what words do you use, what are your favorite expressions or quoting, what are your habits of speech… We CREATE our life with WORDS, thoughts and actions. If we decide to choose different CREATION TOOLS, we will get to create different life situations, more attractive external circumstances and great possibilities.
After all, the only purpose of fear is to keep us “safe” and “in control” as it is created in our subconscious mind, which gets to accomplish it’s task of protecting us… by making us fearful.
Fear is an illusion. Try not to get tricked by it
