What is Theta Healing?
Theta healing® is world-renowned energy healing modality for your mind, body and spirit. The founder of the Theta Healing® modality is Vianna Stibal who created this meditation technique in 1995 through her own healing journey using own intuitive abilities. The modality is now widely used and there are hundreds of thousands of people practicing Theta Healing worldwide.
Theta healing® is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy that uses focused thought and prayer. The modality allows accessing hidden negative subconscious beliefs and reprogramming (recreating) our thoughts and feelings, so that our subconscious behavioural patterns change and we experience profound healing transformations in every aspect of our life.
Theta healing technique allows creating spontaneous changes in the body and mind by accessing Theta brainwave and connecting to the energy of All That Is. During a session a theta practitioner connects with the energy of All That Is to identify limiting subconscious beliefs and programs of a client to replace them with the new, empowering ones. New neural-pathways are created in the brain at the moment of replacement and also new receptors are formed to help the client identify and feel and experience emotions differently.
What is a Theta Session?
All the healing sessions are done either in Lithuanian or in English. A theta healing session can take place in person, online or via the phone. Each healing session is customised for a client. Theta session is a co-creation work among the Creator (energy of All That Is, the Source, the Universe, the Divine intelligence or God), the healer and the client. The healer receives information from the energy of All That Is in a form of thoughts, feelings and beliefs that caused a particular problem for the client. The energy of the Creator is then used to create the healing and transformation. And the role of the client is to fully receive the healing allowing the energy of the Creator to do its’ work.
Negative Subconscious Beliefs
Here are some examples of the negative programming: “I am alone”, “I am forgotten by God”, “I am unsafe”, “Love is not for me”, “I am unlovable”, “I am bad”, “I am weak”, “Money is evil”, “Love is dangerous”, “I cannot trust anybody”, “I will never find a partner”, “I am not capable”, “I hate myself”, “I hate my body”, “I cannot be healthy”, “Life is hard”, “I am not supported”, “I am not enough”, “I am shameful” and the list goes on.
There could be thousands of negative beliefs as the programming has slowly been formed during all of the lifetimes the Soul has lived, it has been inherited from the ancestors (genetical line), from the Collective Consciousness and also many many beliefs have been acquired in the current lifetime.
“Is there an end to the negative programming?” you might ask. Probably no. But there is a level of spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health where we become Masters of our own Reality and we start to consciously create our own experiences wisely choosing means, tools and feelings without being limited by negative subconscious programming. In other words, we are to reach a level of emotional and spiritual freedom, which will open the door to our innate limitlessness.
How Can Theta Healing Benefit You?
Theta Healing® can be used in many different ways to heal and transform various aspects of life and relationships. Whatever is the issue, it can be healed by transforming and releasing the original cause. Our wise and powerful bodies have the ability to miraculously heal every single cell once the original cause of the dis-ease is removed. Theta Healing technique allows locating and clearing away layer after layer of negative programming which has created particular patterns or disfunction.
