Graduating from my bachelor’s studies made me believe that a new, challenging phase in life was about to begin. I thought I would immediately transition into something related to my field after three years of study. I envisioned stepping away from hospitality and diving straight into my sector. However, quitting my previous job (which I was actually good at) and finding new opportunities in the art industry has been harder than I expected. Having all this free time has led me to overthink and worry about every little detail in life. Then I had a call with Jovita, focused on addressing my motivational struggles and helping me break out of the sad loop I was in. We explored why I felt the need to take such a difficult path and discussed the social constructs that made me believe life should be this hard. She helped me untangle so many oppressive thoughts—thoughts I hadn’t even realized I had—about how life “should” be, influenced by social media and pressure from distant relatives. After our session, I felt like the happy, easygoing person I almost lost while stuck in my cycle of thoughts. As for motivation, I still have to push myself from time to time, but that’s natural for everyone. What’s most important is that I’m no longer stuck in a cloud of sadness or spiraling into depression—something I don’t think I could have overcome on my own. Next time, I won’t wait until things get messy. I’ll arrange a call right away! Waiting for things to magically fix themselves is something out of a fairytale, haha! Thank you, Jovita. I have met a wonderful theta healer and a great person, Jovita, 7 years ago. I had then been diagnosed with malignant derivative. I was in great shock and didn’t know what to do. We’ve had a conversation with Jovita and I realised that many insights of Jovita resonated very much with me. I am a medical doctor myself so many of the beliefs I had at the time contradicted very much with the new insights and ideas Jovita had about my situation. I had 2 healing sessions then.

My surgery date was due and I felt ready for it. I felt completely calm and even excited. Jovita’s help and her calming words have filled me up with peace and the trust that everything was going to be ok. Jovita and several other healers were sending me unconditional love during the surgery. The surgery went very well and I felt great after it. It has been 7 years after this experience and I am now feeling completely healed and healthy.

We have continued to do sessions on various topics. Everyone has their own “collection” of topics, grudges, fears that have accumulated during their lifetime. I had many unresolved issues from my childhood, teenage years and my relationships with people.

Jovita is very kind, gentle, loving and accepting. She has helped me to heal my traumas from my school years, to transform and heal my relationship with my Mom, to heal the trauma of the divorce. And it feels as though I have healed it all myself. Jovita was my Guardian angel who took me by the hand and showed the truth. And then the understanding came. I used to be in absolute awe after the healing session! I used to feel the euphoria for several days!

Because of this experience, I have decided to take the theta classes myself. I have gained so much knowledge and met many wonderful people.

I have found Jovita when I was in such a state in my life where I did not want to live anymore. I wanted to end my life, I felt very depressed. I had a very traumatic childhood and my life until that moment was full of pain, hurt, neglect and lack of love.
