We tend to believe happiness is a luxury. Happiness is rare. It is short-lived. Happiness is difficult to find…
From the childhood we hear stories and fairy tales that describe happiness as something rare, hardly achievable and only meant for royalty or noble people but not for a regular person.
And we expect it, anyways. And we have hope, anyways.
And what if happiness is something completely different from anything we’ve ever heard about it? What if this is a state of mind that can be constant and real once we clear away the obstacles created by the Ego?
Here it is. Happiness is something other than those rare moments of relief we tend to feel from time to time if we are lucky enough. A constant state of happiness is a very different thing. And it is very real and available to us.
It is a blend of virtues operating together, which, once learned and mastered, open the door widely for love, bliss and happiness to enter and reside permanently in our life.
The virtues necessary to have are: Detachment, Acceptance, Peace, Power, Oneness, Love, Truth, Trust, Grace And Surrender. All of those are compulsary and depend on one another, meaning: it is not possible to fully enjoy a virtue without mastering the previous one, which opens the door for the next virtue in line.
For instance, Acceptance can only occur, if there is real and deep inner Detachment from situations, emotions and experiences. A feeling of Acceptance then allows inner Peace to be present. And the Peace cannot be felt without a feeling of inner Power that we have towards our reality. And then, without seeing and feeling the divine Truth, we cannot feel or master any of those virtues.
Being able to see the Truth, it is easy to trust and feel an overwhelming Love the Universe is providing us with. And then there is Grace, which requires Acceptance and willingness to open ourselves for it to be experienced. It is not happening if all of the above virtues haven’t been fully mastered.
In other words, happiness is a state of deep inner Peace with ourselves and with the world around having no expectations or prejudice and being able to deeply accept, trust, love and be a witness to life remaining in a constant state of surrender.
So this is quite the opposite to what we usually think happiness encompasses. It is not the things or the situations outside of us. It is the inner state that we are capable of creating for ourselves once we know the “recipe”.
Happiness becomes a reality when we acknowledge how powerful we are, accept our natural connection to the Source and are willing to really employ our inner power for our highest and best.
Does this sound like a lot of work?.. It is so worth it, believe me! And it is available equally for all.
