The healing is aimed at transforming and clearing shock and trauma from your Body and energy field, changing old trauma patterns into empowering new beliefs that enable you to make different choices from a new mindset.

Each program consists of:
A 45 min Set-up Call. During the call we will discuss the issue you want to heal and your actual needs. We will define the structure of the individual program and the desired outcome. Upon that information I will draft a plan for our work together.
10 x 60 minute online theta healing sessions to be carried out during 3 months time.
2 guided meditations channelled and constructed specifically for you to enhance healing of particular issues
An individual Mindset Shift Plan (individual affirmations, mindset change exercises, journaling tasks, self care practice steps) created personally for you, to help you integrate the energy change and to create a new version of reality faster.
A list of useful listening/reading material to provide you with better understanding and a greater self confidence for creating a desired change in life.
