I decided I needed help when I’ve reached such an emotional and physical state where I thought I was going crazy. The tension and exhaustion I had been feeling at work have been making me feel angry, irritated, my physical health was deteriorating. During the sessions we were talking about these issues (where it had all started, why, what was the meaning of it, why I was reacting the way I was, etc.). After several sessions I felt much better. My tension and anxiety was gone immediately and several other symptoms have disappeared later. I am so pleased that I made the decision to book these sessions. It really helps!
